The Merchant Services Protection
Plan (MSPP) was designed to provide small business
owners with a comprehensive yet affordable solution
to addressing many of the professional services a
business requires on a daily basis. The MSPP provides
small businesses with toll free and face-to-face
access to a nationwide network of pre-qualified professionals
in the following fields; legal care, tax advice and
return preparation and identity theft restoration.
The following is an outline of the benefits:
Small
Business Legal Services:
Members, their business and their family will have
access to a nationwide network of over 20,000 plan
attorneys that have contracted with Legal Club to
provide them with free and discounted legal services.
Upon enrollment, Members will be referred to a plan
attorney based on geographic location, area of law
required, and language preference.
Personal
Identify Theft Awareness and Assistance:
Small Businesses will have 24/7 access
to Personal Identity Theft Restoration Advocates who
will provide them with comprehensive, personalized
recovery services for theft of the Member as an individual.
If a Member becomes a victim of personal identity
theft, the plan administrator assigns a Recovery Advocate
to manage the case and activate the members of the
Recovery Team (fraud investigators, legal counsel,
and other experts) needed to help with the recovery
process from beginning to end.
Tax
Preparation and Advice:
The Merchant Protection Program includes comprehensive
business and personal tax benefits for the Member
with free tax return preparation and unlimited, toll-free,
tax related advice during normal business hours. Additionally,
Members will have access to most commonly used tax
related services free of charge or at a significantly
discounted rate.
